Bus line from Trieste to Poreč

As part of the EU project CYROS (Interreg Italy-Croatia), whose main goal is to map the Adriatic-Ionian cycling route and connect it with multimodal transport, the Bike&Bus service is being introduced on the Trieste – Poreč route.

The service will start on June 7 and will run until November 2, 2025, according to the following schedule:

Trieste–Poreč/Parenzo: departure at 2:00 PM from the Trieste bus station, Piazza Libertà

Poreč/Parenzo–Trieste: departure at 6:00 PM from the Poreč/Parenzo bus station, Karla Huguesa Street

The BIKE&BUS may make intermediate stops in Noghere (Municipality of Muggia), on via dei Laghetti at the bus stop for line no. 47, and in Plovanija (HR) at the lay-by.

The service will be available on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays (June 7, 8, 14, 15, 21, 22, 28, 29; July 5, 6, 12, 13, 19, 20, 26, 27; August 2, 3, 9, 10, 15, 16, 17, 23, 24, 30, 31; September 6, 7, 13, 14, 20, 21, 27, 28; October 4, 5, 11, 12, 18, 19, 25, 26; November 1, 2).
